bug in language!

i don't know what is it.....
but after changing s9y language to UTF-8 Persian (my own) it happends.
take a look:
homepage -> http://www.oxygenws.com/blog/
admin page -> http://www.oxygenws.com/blog/serendipity_admin.php?
i can't login to admin control panel after that.

if not and need them, tell me to send them.
