Problem: Theme shows and then does not

I'm having a serious theme problem with my blog. I'm using the same theme I did before but on some browsers it just does not load and the blog is left stylesheetless. See
http://www.browsercam.com/public.aspx?proj_id=345116
The blog can be accessed through
http://www.lynoure.org/blog and
http://lynoure.org/blog and sometimes on the same browser one of them shows the theme and the other does not.
What can I do to fix it? There is nothing in the error logs.
Can this have something to do with the caching?

It seems it indeed was caused by the Simple Cached/Pregenerated Pages plugin, as after moving it Inactive, all the theme loaded fine every time:

Should I file a bug report or is this caused by the ordering of the plugins? Following the instructions I did place the Cached plugin very topmost as I was not sure which plugins were dynamic and which not.

Hi!
Which other event plugins are you using? Usually this should work fine, I can't see a bug with the cache-plugin alone...

In addition to the cache plugin I have following Event plugins, in order:
Markup: Emoticate
Markup: Serendipity
Markup: NL2BR
Browser Compatibility
Spam Protector
Properties/Templates of categories (but I have not set any yet)
Spartacus
Tagging of entries
Multilingual entries
Category Assignment
Polls
Trackback-Control
Fix common XHTML errors
Extended properties for entries (hmm, just realized this does caching as well)

Hi!
The plugin "Properties/Templates of categories" might be the most likely offender...can you try to see if Caching works without that plugin?
Another candiate for that problem is the "Multilingual entries" plugin, as it is also highly dynamical and does not fit into the 'Caching' concept.
Caching of extended preoperties is some other option that you can run parallel to the other caching plugin, it doesn't disturb each other.
Best regards,
Garvin

I think the problem does not exist anymore after removing "Properties/Templates of categories" and the "Polls" plugin, but I'm not 100% sure as I do not want to put another 20 dollars in BrowserCam right now (not having any other things to test right now). My testing sample was two 3 users with total of 5 browsers... There was some small problems but nothing a refresh/browser cache emtying would not fix.
