in what file do you find the information pertaining to the recent entries plugin that shows the title of the recent entry and the date it was posts?

what I'm wanting to do is get rid of the date and just leave the title of the recent entry

Look in serendipity/plugins/serendipity_plugin_recententries/serendipity_plugin_recententries.php, about line 170.
