Comment Pop up

Am I correct that if you use the comment pop up window, you can no longer comment by THREAD? Direct the comment to another comment rather than the article? Is there anyway around that? Or am I wrong!

Hi!
Of course you can make threaded comments by choosing the comment you reply to in the 'reply to' dropdown. You can also add 'reply to' links into the commentpopup.tpl template file if you want to change the look of the popup.
