Positioning the HTML Nugget

Now, I hope I am in the right forum... if not, you all will have to listen to me for a moment anyway. :P

Hi!

I have been attempting to add a drop down menu to my page, and I have tried modifying the index.tpl file directly, but failed miserably, so I moved to the HTML nugget and found it much easier -- it actually worked! -- as I don;t have to wade through other code. Not my thing, that.....

So, anyone have any idea how to position the HTML nugget somewhere other than upper left corner above the entire page? (other than the presets) I need to lower it a bit and move it to the right side.

Thanks in advance! :D

Hi!

You can freely position nuggets using smarty commands in your index.tpl, {serendipity_showPlugin}. Have a look at http://www.s9y.org/78.html.

Thanks for the quick response! :D

Smarty templating eh? I've been avoiding figuring that stuff out -- but I guess today is the day! :P

That link gives a 500 internal server error though. Couldn't get on to the main site this morning either though, so perhaps it will all be up later. :)

((EDIT:)) It's up now, thanks. :D
