Looking For Martin Jacobsen (Cityscape Illustration)

Martin,

My name is Raymond Marshall and I'm inquiring about your
Cityscape illustration. I'd like to use it as a banner on my
forum website that is being setup at www.southland.la.
I currently have a classifieds site at this url, but, I'm adding
a forum site and I've hired a IPB designer to create the skin.
If you are agreeable, I will need the illustration on a file that
can allow the designer to modify the illustration freely, e.g.
add a few more items such as a cityscape of Downtown Los
Angeles in the distance and a Hollywood sign on one of the
mountain peaks. May also want to add a few more characters.
Can you let me know if you are agreeable and what your terms
are? My preference is a fixed price.
