[SOLVED] Changed server; S9y still using old paths
Posted: Sat Mar 10, 2007 3:46 am
I recently moved my S9y installation to a different web host. When I try to access my installation, I get:
Cannot write to directory /home/pichan/raygunrobot.com/templates_c. Please check the permissions.
Well, that would be because that path would only be correct for my former server; the path should now be /home/albright/www/templates_c. Unfortunately, I can't find where S9y is storing its path info, so I can't tell it what the correct path should be. Please help me out with this. If you have access to IRC, I'm hanging out in the Serendipity channel (#s9y on irc.freenode.net), so you can come there too. It'll be nice to have someone besides myself actually talking in that channel for onceā¦
EDIT: On further investigation, it looks like this might be something which is only happening with Smarty. Please help me out here as soon as possible.
EDIT EDIT: Duh. Here's the URL: http://raygunrobot.com/
EDIT EDIT EDIT: Okay, apparently I had to go into the admin section there and change the path. I guess this info is stored in the database instead of in a config file, which would explain why I couldn't find it. Arg. Never mind.
