depending on where you are,
I have run into some trouble while installing the Tree Menu Plug in. For some reason I cannot seem to make it work. It is installed via Spartacus but nothing happend / changed. Contemplating this issue I have thus far come up with the problem, that I think might be the solution to the problem... or not... and I would really appreciate your input.
1. Problem: PEAR has not been installed by the provider. They suggested and grante permission for me to install it myself via FTP.
I think this is what is causing my trouble with the tree menu functionality, isn't it? Which path / folder should I now use to install PEAR so that the Plug In will function properly?

PS: Has any one had any contact with Carl G., since their move I have been trying to get in touch via the email address I have saved for him but no response
