Sorry if I do not articulate this corrected.

In the prior version of freetag... when I'd enter a new article and click on various existing tags, it would automatically enter them in the "Enter any tags that apply" box. In the latest version of freetag that doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for telling! Indeed it was a bug made by me this weekend. I fixed it in the new version!
