I've reinstalled my sql server and want to run S9y again now. But I changed the user setting on my SQL-server and don't know where to change that user setting in s9y. Where can I change te way s9y connects with the database?

You need to edit the serendipity_config_local.inc.php file.

In Serendipity 0.7 you might as well need to edit your serendipity_config TB table and adjust the db* Values.
