I removed some addons and it seems to be working better now.
I have another small problem maybe someone can help. I have comments on and I get message that no comments allowed. HMMM, anyway guess there is more than one place for that but so far have not seen where. Also

In reply to [ Top level ] <-- in the comment area this area has a drop down and you need to choose something or you get an error saying you didn't choose but you can't there is nothing to chose but what you see there. What is wrong???
Fixed it somewhat now works better

Well, if the replyto is not selected (because it's empty) and you configured it as a required field, it's logical that you can't comment.
