Download Extended properties for entries

Hya,
I wan't to have a sticky entry on top of my blog and noticed that I had to use the plugin Extended properties for entries.
GREAT!
Buh.. Where can I download it? I can't locate it at Plugins / Templates.

Hi!
It'S there together with all serendipity versions. Check the "Event plugins" section in the plugin manager.

Maybe a wrong installation?
I can't locate it.
Installed event plugins:
Markup: Serendipity
Markup: Emoticate
Markup: NL2BR
Browser Compatibility

Or does it have another name?
I added serendipity_event_staticpage myself, but this seems to be something different
