Hi there, I can't find the plugin titled "Weblog ping Event plugin" that is mentioned here:

Can someone please direct me?

Admin Panel -> Configure Plugins -> Event Plugins -> Click here to install a new event plugin -> Backend: Editor -> Announce entries
