typo in Appearance and Options

Hi, there is a typo in lang/*/serendipity_lang_*:
However, some Agents like Planet act weird, if that happens, at it also vioaltes RFC2616. So if you set this option to "TRUE" you will compliy with
vioaltes ---> violates
compliy ---> comply
