Is there a menu sitebar plugin where i can putt my own links. (weblog internal)

I want to avoid using static pages.
The link plugin is only usefull when altered. I'm willing to do tha, but that's of no use when there is a good pluging available.

How about the "HTML nugget" ("HTML Klotz")?
