3 column 'Coffee Bar' template

At the request of a user, I've produced a 3 column version of my 'Coffee Bar' theme which I've imaginatively named 'Coffee Bar 3'. It has all the same features as my original 'Coffee Bar' theme - it's just a little wider to fit in the extra sidebar.
