I extract it to public_html and chmod -R 777Then I open browser to visit the directory. But there is a error that some function
can't be found.I can't see the install window as before.
Is the problem of the cvs version?
Can I do some change to let it work?

I'm sorry, the latest CVS was broken because of that. I just committed a fix which will hopefully work and be included in tomorrows snapshot.
