Hi!
Hm, that error you are getting usually means that either core smarty files are mssing in the bundled-libs/Smarty/ directory, or that Smarty has no read/write access to your "templates_c" directory...can you check those two issues?
Easiest would be to upload all files and directories of the "bundled-libs" subdirectory via FTP!
