Looking to pay someone to make my Theme & Templates work

Hi everyone gifted in this area!

I have created my own design and have a fairly set design in mind. I have all the raw graphics available and have also created an image of how the site layout is supposed to look.

I don't have the time nor the patience to learn how to make the adjustments and where to place and merge the graphics to make it work the the S9Y code.

So anyone up to the job? I could send you the image of what I have in mind and you could let me know your asking price?

I am from Germany and could make payment via direct money wire within the EU or paypal after completion.

I don't have a fixed rate for customising since I do this because I enjoy doing it so any donation you make will go towards my hosting or towards prizes for the Serendipity users site when I start running "best blog" competitions which will hopefully be in a couple of months.
