I don't speak Korean but I just moved to Korea and I want to put Korean words in my blog. The body of the post allows me to have korean letters but not the title. -Jeff

Hi!
Which charset did you configure for serendipity? If you plan to use korean, it's suggested to use UTF-8 charset.

I had the default install from GoDaddy but I don't remember if there was any selection. I recently upgraded by copying the serendipity directory in the zip file to the serendipity directory on my GoDaddy site. I thought that would fix it.
Could you tell me why it displays Korean characters in the article body and not in the title?

Hi!
Okay, I think that godaddys s9y application does not support UTF-8 charsets at all, so you definitely need to upgrade.
Could yu tell me why it displays Korean characters in the article body and not in the title?
To explain that I would need the information about used charsets, and maybe your URL might help.

Hi!
Your blog is written in ISO-8859-1, that is the problem. Please go to your blogs configuration and check the option for a "Charset" toggle. Set that to "UTF-8".
Then the NEW entries you write will have the proper charset display! Old entries you first need to edit before they show up correctly.
Best regards,
Garvin
