Unable to properly import US-ASCII feed

Hi all,

I am trying to import the following RSS feed from feedyes.com:

http://www.feedyes.com/feed.php?f=9mtY2ZzpmlG7iTpB

In the frontend, only the first headline is displayed, alas without a proper link.

Using the regular RSS/OPML plugin, I can specify all but the proper encoding, since the plugin only allows UTF-8 or ISO 8859. When I tried to parse the feed with magpie rss on a different server, it rendered all right. Thus I suspect that my plugin settings are awry.

My questions are:

1. Is there an updated version of this plugin that would allow ASCII feeds as well?

2. Is there an online feed converting service that would allow me to transform the US-ASCII into UTF-8?

3. Am I searching in the wrong direction anyway?

Any help is appreciated.

TIA,

Hi!

Which s9y version are you using to import? Which charset did you configured on your s9y blog? Does your server have the PHP iconv or recode functionality compiled in?

Could you show us your URL where you imported the feed so we can have a look?

Best regards,
Garvin
