Maybe I should be posting this under Bugs but I am not sure if it really is one:

Karma voting works on the short view but when I click to vote from the extended post text, it just "hops" a little lower on the page but doesn't register a vote. Therefore, if I set the plugin to "Only show karma voting on extended article view", no voting can happen at all. Does anyone know why this would be happening and how I might fix it? I'd like to have the users be able to vote from either view or maybe even only the extended.

which version are you using?

The karma voting only works if your JavaScript is enabled...is that the case?

Yes- the voting works from the index page but not when viewing the full article. Weird, no?

Karma does not work in extended view for me too.
I readed some posts from other users about the shame problem, and i could not make it work. Karma works only in the short view.

Did someone correct the bug?

Pano, post your version of the karma plugin and your serendipity version and which event plugins you're using.
