Isn't it, like, a
tad early for this?
carl_galloway wrote:ceejay and myself have put together a fairly clean and uncomplicated template for users who want to add a Christmas message. The header image is supplied with several languages, which v1.1 users can automatically select from within the template config screen. The sidebar can also be flipped to the left or right of the content.
I'm no big X-Mas person, but it is really cute, and the changing 'greeter' is a nice feature (I feel honored to be sort of 'engraved' in this

)
However, some quick suggestions? I'd use a darker blue or even a green for the entry dates and sidebar headlines. I'm not really visually handicapped (although I wear glasses), but those are really hard to read in my opinion. I think they could also use some margin-bottom. Oh, and is 'Enter the year and business name' supposed to be displayed in the entry footer? Doesn't work in my test blog (1.1-beta5, I think), it still says '2006 Your Business Name. Design by carl, artwork by ceejay' after changing it in the theme options.
Oh, and 'Frohes Fest' right back at you
