i would like to setup my isp hosting company, one of my services is blog, i am new to serendipity, i would like to know is serendipity support isp model ? e.g. provide blog service to my customer with url like :

http://username.blog.mydomain.com

Yes, this is possible. Supersized.org for example does that. The keyword is "shared installation", you will find many threads here about this and on the s9y.org site.
