New Entry Image Problem

I can add images through the Add Media page just fine but when I try and add the image through the new post page I get the pop-up box that asks me to select an image but no images display for selection and insertion, even when I do a search. I am using version 0.7.0.
Any help is MUCH appreciated!! Thank you.

Did you try and resync your image database?

What do you mean by "resync your image database?" Is that the same as clicking on the "Rebuild Thumbs" link? I did click on the rebuild thumbs link but still don;t get images to show up for insertion in a new post.

I too am having the same problem. I can upload the media, in this case a .jpg, and can see it in the library but when I try to insert it into a category none of my media is visible.
