Welcome Is this particular code!Or a general sense Can visitors to each site to obtain one on its own code!Does the Code contains the security system Could be supportive of the Arab code (for a price) Thank you.!

Our project supports the Arab language, yes.
Also, security is very important, yes, please use our code for your blog no problem.

Yeah I don't understand what he's saying either but you don't have to make fun of him

. Anyway my best guess is that he's talking about the user self registration plugin and whether it supports arabic .

think the question is whether s9y is free software or whether there's some sort of fee necessary to use it, and whether it supports Arab in general or if not, if he/she could pay someone to implement that.
However, I might be
completely wrong like anyone else

Knowing Carl, I doubt very much that he's poking fun at anyone. He's probably trying to avoid English idiom and use similar sentence structure to provide the most understandable response possible.
