Swedish language files

Hi!
I have two new Swedish language files for you.
You can get them here (add to installation packages if possible):

Hi!
In the event of possible future translations, could you please
1. Bundle all language files into a single directory, preserving directory structure
2. If possible also include UTF-8/ subdirecotires with your language files in UTF-8 encoding?
