Hello,

I have copied the default folder to create a news appearance. In the HOWTO-file I have read that it is not necessary to have all the stuff in the own directory, so I deletet all the files and subdirectorys so that I have only info.txt, layout.php, style.css and an img-directory which contains only some images.

I have linked the images on my layout with the files in the img-direcory correctly but th browser does not display them. You can see the result here.

Do you have any idea, what I am doing wrong? Should I use chown on img-folder?

Hm, which pictures do you mean? http://www.3qm.de/serendipity/uploads/M ... glisch.gif for example? Because that file does not exist on your webserver?

I'm not really sure what your problem is - you can try it in german instead *g*
