No route to Host error

What is this about? Happened when tried to load a plugin. I was able to download plugins, now nothing?

Trying to open URL serendipity_event_externalphp.php?rev=1.9999...
No route to host

The download addresses in the "SPARTCUS" plug in was messed up...
I set them both to netmirror.org now it works fine...
