can someone point me to information/documentation on how to use the HTML Nugget plugin?
Any and all plugins for that matter.

HTML Nugget plugins can be used for any HTML, but probably is more used for links, menus, etc.
It's a great way to put up a small pic/icon/avatar and a blurb about yourself (a small About Me section for example).
It you would like to learn basic HTML, check out this page:
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Guide/
Most of the other plugins have configuration screens and are easy to follow.
