Need a logo / header designer

Hi,
i'm not sure, if i have read it in s9y-forum, but i'm nearly sure... I plan to relaunch a small community and have setup a testforum. I'm not able (and will never be) to create a good header/logo. I have tried something and it looks ugly! I have an idea, but i am absolutely unable to realize it.
If someone here is able to create a header / logo for me i would be glad to get a small PM. I can provide the link to the testboard and maybe i will finally be able to use a nice design.
