I have a blog that was installed via my godaddy account. I've tried for several days to get the Link List and Weather plugins to instal.
I open my blog admin, click on the link to get additional plugins from s9y.org and this is what I get when I try to get the plugins:
Trying to open URL base.gif?rev=1.9999...
The URL http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/* ... rev=1.9999 could not be opened. Maybe the Serendipity or SourceForge.net Server is down - we are sorry, you need to try again later.
Trying to open URL empty.gif?rev=1.9999...
I also notice that the the pages within the blog (admin, entries, anything) load very slowly. It's tough to get any entries made because the load time is so slow.

Check your Spartacus configuration to see if the first two options are set to netmirror.org.

Usually that will fix it.

Where are those settings located?

Go to your blog's admin screen (log in), then choose Configure Plugins, then find SPARTACUS and click its name. You should see drop-downs for the mirrors to use.
