how to reinstall Serendipity faster ??

hi there, after pointing my web browser to : http://mysite.com/blog to install my Serendipity, but then i made some mistake on my database, and i want to reinstall it again, so instead of delete all file and reupload again, r there any way that i can do it faster, please help...
