Need Help - Cannot get Spartacu sto work or manage plugins

I am having PEAR.php on line 848 errors whenever I try to update Spartacus. Can anyobe help me out? I could provide temp acesss. All my file permissions seem ok.

Hi!
What exactly is the error message, please?
Also check if your webserver has read privileges to the mentioned PEAR.php file. Also make sure your webserver is not firewalled if you want to use spartacus.
