Plugins listed twice

I just noticed that some plugins are listed twice in the backend of my blog.

Off course: I know that some can be installed more than once, but the onces I'm talking about are for instance:

Sidebar:
Entry's Links (2x)
Template dropdown (2x)
Creative Commons (2x)
Remote RSS/OPML-Blogroll Feed (2x)
Event-Output wrapper (2x)
Shoutbox (2x)
Authors(2x)
Comments (2x)
History (2x)
Recent entries (2x)
Statistics (2x)
Top referrers (2x)

Event:
Spam Protector (RBL) (2x)
Spam protector (2x)
Announce entries (2x)
Content rewriter (2x)
Extended properties for entries (2x)
Browser Compatibility (2x)
Fix common XHTML errors (2x)

Etc...

Also I get this message that seems redundant, each time I go to the option to install another plugin/sidebar:
Trying to open URL package_sidebar_en.xml...
Fetched 84371 bytes from the URL above. Saving file as /var/www/templates_c/package_sidebar_en.xml...
Data successfully fetched.

Trying to open URL package_sidebar_en.xml...
Fetched 84371 bytes from already existing file on your server. Saving file as /var/www/templates_c/package_sidebar_en.xml...
Is this normal behaviour?

How do I get rid of the double plugins?

Hi!

You can remove doubled plugins just like usual plugins. Just remove one of the instanec by checking the checkbox.

It can happen if you re-install s9y into the same database, or even because of browser caching bugs or evil extensions like fasterfox.

Well, thats it: they only occur twice when I use the add a event/sidebar plugin pages...

In the regular overview they are not doubled up...

In that particular add page you can not uncheck them..

(ps: this is in all browsers, currently Opera)...

Hi!

Oh, okay. That definitely sounds weird. Did you make sure you do not have the spartacus event plugin installed twice?

Maybe try to configure the spartacus plugin and just hit "save". This will reset the s9y spartacus cache.

Best regards,
Garvin

Funny, it got rid of that problem, but now it doesn't show which ones are installed already (the ones that normally only can be installed once)..

Weird...
