Hey guys, I'm pretty nnew to serendipity, and I was wondering how do I work Spartacus? I want to install this staticpage plugin, and while reading I saw that I need to install it via Spartacus?

I got no idea how to get to sparacus via my admin panel.
Any help is good guys.
btw, I'm using the latest version.

When you click on event plugins, there should be an option to install Spartacus. After Spartacus is installed - if you have errors downloading plugins, go back to your Spartacus configuration screen and make sure File/Mirror location (XML metadata) and File/Mirror location (files) are set to netmirror.org
