Is it possible to set up a blog hosting service using the Serendipity software? In other words, I would like my users to be able to create their own web/blog pages on my community web site like they do on myspace or blogger.com. I searched the forum but the closest thing I found to my question was something on user registration. If I install user registration, will it allow other users to register and set up their own blogs on the website?

Yes, you can do that. It involves custom scripts to create sub-blogs, using the shared installation routine:
