Hey there. I've never had any trouble downloading a plug-in and applying it to my blog. Today, however, when I tried to download the plug-in that would allow for an entry to have multipule catagories, I received this message repeated over and over again:

Trying to open URL http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/* ... additional......
The URL http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/* ... rev=1.9999 could not be opened. Maybe the Serendipity or SourceForge.net Server is down - we are sorry, you need to try again later.

What's the deal? Thanks for the help!

Go to your Spartacus configuration screen and change the File/Mirror location for both XML and files to Netmirror.org.

It should work after that. :)

Azel,

Great. I'll do it. Thanks for the quick reply. Now, how and where do I access my "spartacus configuration screen"? I have the Spartacus repository of plug-ins, but on the "installed plug-in's page," there is no link.

Thanks again.

Hi!

You should see the spartacus plugin in the listing of event plugins in your "Manage Plugins" interface of the s9y backend. There just click on the spartacus plugin name, and you will see the config page.

Best regards

Oh man, I really must be missing something here. When I go to my "configure plug-ins" page and scroll down to my "event plug-ins," I see "spartacus", which is the last one on the list. There is no link anywhere....the name "spartacus" is not a link. I see this:

Spartacus
[S]erendipity [P]lugin [A]ccess [R]epository [T]ool [A]nd [C]ustomization/nification [S]ystem - Allows you to download plugins from our online repository

I really appreciate the help.

Actually, whenever I try to do anything involving a new plug-in or a template or whatever, it then says "Spartacus Error" in my installed event plug-in list.

help!

Hi!

Could you show us a screenshot of the error page, and a screenshot of your plugin config?

Are you using Serendipity 1.0?

Garvin
