So...
I was attempting to allow WYSIWYG editor in my personal settings.
Initially, it kept on telling me that my old password was incorrect, and my changes are not saved.

I removed the defaulted password in the form, checked yes for WYSIWYG editor.. and it took..

Problem: All I get now is Front Page, Back to Weblog and Log Out.

Stupid me.. I logged out, and now I can't log in.

Definite bug, I think.. and now I can't blog!!!

help!!!

contact me @ zeropointe@gmail.com

EDIT:
I've already loaded into myphpadmin, cleared out the password and typed in a new one. no luck.

realname username password authorid mail_comments mail_trackbacks email userlevel right_publish

Hi!

This sounds like your browser didn't properly submit the "personal preferences" form. You shouldn't have got the password error, unless your browser was submitting previously stored values!

Now it sounds as if you don't have a usergroup association anymore. In phpmYadmin, please check the serendipity_authorgroups table ands ee if your authorid has at least one group associated?

There are also threads in this forum about serendipity_authorgroups restoration, maybe you could search for them, because I'm now short on time?

Best regards,
Garvin

So, does a group exist with ID 3?
