Hi,
I am new to Serendipity and CSS etc. Can someone tell me how I can rearrange the contents of the sidebar in the Bex01 template?

I want the categories at the top and the calender down lower and so on.

All help very greatly appreciated.

Easy, that template has all items from the right hand side at the top of the sidebar, followed by all the left hand side items. To adjust the order in which they appear, enter the serendipity admin suite, click the sidebar link for plugins, then click the green up and down arrows to the right of each plugin to adjust its position. For the sidebar you only need to adjust the top half of the page, ignore the even plugins in the lower half. Hope that helps,

Thanks Carl, your suggestion worked a treat.

I've found Serendipity to be about the easiest blog software to install, setup and use. I looked at Wordpress, Textpattern, bBlog and one or two others. They're all very good, but all had their own little quirks that made them just too slow for me to get up and running with.

This is one fine piece of software.
