I uploaded the last smarty cvs checkout to my host and tried to do a fresh install but ran across this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: serendipity_getrealdir() in /home/123456/public_html/serendipity/include/functions_installer.inc.php on line 76

any ideas?

We just fixed that together in CVS, just to let others know.
