Template logo/header plugin won't work

I like to change my header picture randomly, so I thought the Template logo/header plugin would do the job for me.
I created some jpg's in a separate directory and pointed to that in the plugin setup.
Unfortunately nothing happens and I still see my default header picture.
I'm using the Costa Nature theme.

What am I doing wrong?

hello plofhead!

it's because my theme is really not very well designed and does not support many features serendipity gives, including feature you mentioned. in my free time (not much of it sadly) i'll work with the theme to support some more plugins, get rid of tables and to be 1.1 compatible (some configuration options). but it takes a lot of work and since here in poland we have >30C all the time, i just can not stand it and sit in front of computer. better position - to sit in back of it with some cold beer :)

for now you can just modify index.tpl file to include some php code (it should be simple to write but not for me, since i have not a damn idea what all this php stuff is all about :)), in which code you can random image loading.

sorry for that but i'm rally a bad designer as you can see :/

Actually, if you use that plugin, it should work. The header is called serendipity_banner, which is the same as the default template. Just configure the plugin and select "Default Template" for the "Which template are you using?" question and it should work.
