Content of Popfetcher posting

Post by gavincrayston »

Hi

I am probably missing something but have to ask because this is frustrating me now and I can't find another post that answers my question.

I have popfetcher working but can't do what I would like to do which is to compose a post with text and a picture. The subject of my email is made subject of the post, if I have text and a picture in the body then only the picture is posted. If I add the text as an attachment then only the text is posted.

What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Regards
Gavin

Do you have the "strip tags" config item on or off? Which cellular service are you using?

Looking in the code, it seems this should work properly; perhaps I'm just looking at an incorrect version.

Hi

I have it set to 'no'.

I'm on Orange, but these mails I am sending from Hotmail to my MSN account.

Are you using v1.14? If so, could you try retrieving the mail manually, uploading it to your server, and setting the $debug_file variable to point at the file? Then we'll see what it does.
