Hello, Are you allowed to pick a theme (made by garvin).
To change with colors, width etc and then put your own name at it as copyright or does it still have to be garvin or are you allowed to have it like: made by: garvin and gamersea or made by: garvin modify by gamersea.

made by garvin modified by gamersea is totally ok... as it's bsd-licensed, you can do pretty much whatever you like

Added to what Jannis says: The BSD license forbids removal of copyright notes - but apart from that allows anything else. So you can modify it, you can sell it - all as long as you keep the license note intact.

This means, you cannot put your own name instead of my name into the template, you can only add your name to it. Of course if you heavily change the layout, it's not my layout any more and you can remove my name. But only changing colors is not making a new design, so if you really just change colors you should stay with a "Design Garvin Hicking, Customozation Gamersea".

Ah, that modifcation is from the old default theme; that was done by Tom Sommer
