Hello, So what does this plugin exactly do?
Is send a new entrie to those services and then?
Also do you have to pay for it because they showing your content on there sites (I guess)...

Hi!

This plugins sends a "ping" (a small notification) to a website. With this notification the target website will know that you created new content, then it will spider your site and update its listing about your site. Services like technorati et al will then be able to check the new content on your blog and offer it within their service.

So not the entry is send to them, only a small pointer that says "check my website". You don't have to pay for that.
