Add content on the side bar?

How can I add a sentence with a hyperlink to the right side of the page? We want a persistant message with a link to the home page of the site.

Hi!

For this you can add so called "HTML Nugget" sidebar plugins, they are shipped with all serendipity versions.

Hmm I am trying to find this plugin and cannot. The only one I see is in Spartucus and it says "Puts an HTML nugget on top or bottom of the page, or inside the page's HEAD tag" which is not when I am looking for (though I did try to download that one and it hangs forever saying "Trying to open URL lang_ko.inc.php?rev=1.9999..."

Hi!

If you get this plugin, you are looking for EVENT plugins. However the plugin I mentioned is a SIDEBAR plugin.

The plugin I am talking of is bundled with serendipity, it does not come from spartacus.
