Disabling Userfeedback

Hi,

is there a way of disabling all the "user comments" stuff means comments, trackbacks and so on? I couldn't find anything related to this in the Admin interface. Right now I'm running with "Emergency comment shutdown" but I still have the links on the pages and so on which is a bit annoying and might irritate the readers.

Removing the stuff from the templayte isn't really secure when the background functionality is still there - right?

But you disabled the background functionality with the emergency stop, so everything is alright.
