Spartacus Lang File

I noticed a post on the s9y blog article "SourceForge CVS / Spartacus functional again" about a change with the spartacus plugin. Perhaps I shouldn't have jumped the gun so quickly but I downloaded the file "serendipity_event_spartacus.php" from the line provided in that announcement. I have since realized that in order for it to work I need the "lang_en.inc.php" file which I cannot find a link to. If anyone can help me out in finding or providing a link to the file I am looking for I would be greatly appreciative.
