There are two top referrer plugins due to a typo in the v1.1 plugin.

Actually it's not really a spelling mistake; the two plugins are different. The bundled plugin only offers basic referrer functionality, while the Spartacus plugin has some extended options that once were too risky to put them bundled with the internal plugin...
