Is there a way to change the author of a posting? I'm the admin and need to "assign" the article to someone other than me.

I already posted the article and would like to just change the author name to not be the admin.

Normally I log in as the author and post under their account but would prefer not to have to do this. Often we have authors who send in their "articles" to be posted on their behalf and it would be great as Admin if I could log in under my admin account and "choose" the author that wrote it.

Hi!

You can do that with the plugin "Extended PRoperties for entries" installed, then a dropdown for the author appears in the extended section for an entry.
